These tamper evident seals are part of the Good to Go Safety equipment management system. The arrow head is inserted into the top of the Good to Go Safety status tag to maximise security and authenticity. It remains in place until it is subsequently opened, breaking the seal this then clearly indicates that a new equipment inspection checklist needs completing
