What we Offer our Distributors
We offer a number of sales, marketing and technical support packages for distributors of our wide range of safety sign products. We manufacture only for sale through our distributor network giving you the peace of mind that Caledonia Signs will never approach your customer base directly. If that wasn't enough below are a number of support packages available:
Branded Catalogues
Your own branded catalogue to mail to your customers or display in trade shops to maximise sales. Choose from our standard cover designs which we can overprint from stock with your logo and contact details or create your own cover for a unique corporate look (only available during our main print run).
Our catalogue provides your customers with everything they need to place orders and are one of the most popular and effective tools to generate sales.
Branded Websites
We can create your own branded website. Allow your customers to browse our full product range and buy online via a secure payment portal. You will gain access to new product opportunities without waiting for the next catalogue release, giving a window of exclusivity over your competitors.
You can have the website as a standalone site for your business or add it as a link on an existing site to give customers access to our full range of signs and products. Where possible we will match the look/style of your existing site for a smooth transition between the two. Our websites are also mobile responsive – allowing your customers to buy whilst on the move.
Trade Shop Spinners
We can provide you with a floor-standing spinner to enable you to display multiple safety signs in one space saving unit. It is ideal for trade shops, allowing you to feature an extensive range of best-sellers.
The four-sided spinner is capable of holding our most popular sized signs. With 54 individual holders, each capable of storing 10 Rigid Plastic safety signs, you have the potential to display over 500 safety signs.
Promotional Material
We can supply you with promotional material for trade shops or email campaigns, including banners, posters, floor graphics, printable or low resolution flyers. This is all to help you raise awareness of your safety sign range.
We will also send you emails throughout the year to remind and promote changes in legislation, new product launches, seasonal promotions and marketing PDFs which will help you maximise your sales opportunities.
Next Day Delivery
Orders received by 3pm for standard safety signs will be despatched the same day on a next day delivery service. Orders valued at £50 or more will be delivered free of charge. A £6.50 carriage charge is applied to orders under the value of £50. (Standard UK Mainland Delivery - additional charges will be applied for delivery outwith UK Mainland).
Pre-9am, Pre-10am, Pre-12am and Saturday delivery services are also available at an additional charge, upon request.
We can also offer a fast turnaround on “specials” and often despatch bespoke signs the same day if orders are received early enough.
Site Survey Support
We can provide you with documents to enable your customers to complete a workplace inspection audit, helping them to spot any shortfalls in their safety sign regime.
Our documents highlight some of the hazards most commonly found in a variety of different working environments and provide solutions in the form of safety signs to help maximise their workplace safety.
If you have a major customer requirement we may be able to offer a joint visit with yourself to help complete the audit – just let us know and we will see what we can do.
Who should become a Distributor?
PPE Suppliers – many suppliers of PPE are already selling to key decision makers and H&S managers. These customers already come to you for their boots, hard hats, gloves and footwear. If they are responsible for site safety, they are likely to be responsible for safety signage too. By offering a full range of safety signs you can expect to strengthen your relationship, increase profits and attract new customers.
Fire Equipment & First Aid Suppliers – whether you supply equipment or training you will already have a knowledge and expertise within the marketplace. By offering your customer access to a full range of safety signs you can further enhance your reputation and your profits, whilst opening the door to finding new customers through this additional product range.
Hospitality Industry Suppliers – hotels, restaurants & pubs, sports centres and tourist attractions will all have specific safety sign requirements. Adding signs to your product portfolio can give you a competitive edge over your competitors and help to develop new business opportunities.
Sign Manufacturers – many manufacturers focus on bespoke and high value sign projects and don’t want to eat into valuable production capacity with safety signs. However for all of those customers investing in fingerposts, totems, and eye-catching corporate signs, they may also need to install safety signs throughout their new premises too. By becoming a reseller you and your customer have immediate access to our entire range of safety signs, allowing you to provide them with all of their sign requirements without eating into your production capacity whilst adding to your profitability.
Specialised Markets – if you supply to industry specific markets then there is an excellent opportunity for adding safety signs to your customer offering. Offices, factories, educational establishments, construction sites and warehouses are all sectors with specific product needs but whose customers will also have safety sign requirements.
