This poster states:

TEMPERATURE: Improve temperature control and ventilation by providing a fan or moving the employee’s desk closer to a window that opens or nearer to an air conditioning unit.

WORK FROM HOME: Allow the employees to work from home when needed.

QUIET ZONES: Cool and quiet break-out rooms to help take some time out in a calm and quiet area, if and when the need arises.

PRIVACY: Option for cameras to be turned off during video call meetings.

UNIFORMS: Adjustments in uniforms plus access to spare / additional uniforms if required.

MENOPAUSE CHAMPIONS: Meet our trained "menopause champion" who’s ready to support you. They offer a compassionate ear, guidance on company policies, and liaise with senior managers to ensure appropriate support. Additionally, they facilitate support groups and initiatives to enhance your well-being.
